How white will my teeth get?

After undergoing whitening with the DaVinci Teeth Whitening System, teeth shades will brighten up to 14 shades, with an average improvement of five to eight shades with each 20 minute session. Individual results will depend on your current tooth shade, treatment time, and the composition of your teeth. Your end result will be a whiter, healthier smile. Everyone's teeth are different and will have a natural stop point. We recommend a 60 minute session for optimal results and to remove all layers of staining.

How long does the treatment take?

Treatment times are 20 to 60 minutes depending on the discoloration of your teeth and how white you want them. It takes no longer than the time it would for you to have a haircut or a facial - it is that simple!

The DaVinci teeth whitening system uses the latest LED cold laser technology and our signature whitening gel consisting of natural plant and mineral ingredients. Our system has proven to yield superior results with little to no sensitivity when compared to other whitening systems. 

Does it hurt?

No, because our signature laser gel is all natural the treatment does not hurt and most clients experience no sensitivity. A very small percentage of clients may feel some tooth sensitivity, especially if they are dehydrated or consume very cold/hot foods or drinks within two hours after the whitening session. Any sensitivity is short term and gone within 24-48 hours. We do offer solutions for those that are concerned about sensitivity. 

Will DaVinci Teeth Whitening work on crowns and fillings?

Yes, DaVinci teeth whitening will remove staining from existing dental work and take it back to the original color. Our goal is to clean up the existing dental work and whiten the natural teeth to match for a nice even smile. We cannot whiten them beyond the original color of the material used at the time of placement. If your existing dental work is not in your smile line it won’t matter either way because it is not visible.

Is DaVinci Teeth Whitening treatment for everyone?

The DaVinci Teeth Whitening treatment provides dramatic results for anyone who wants to whiten their teeth. This includes people with teeth that have been stained by smoking or by substances such as coffee, tea, soda, wine and other consumable items. We also see great results on people with teeth stained by tetracycline, fluoride, and hereditary discoloration.

DaVinci Pre-Whitening Instructions:

To avoid possible gum irritation, do not brush or floss your teeth within 4 hours of your whitening appointment. You may rinse with mouth wash.

It is recommended that you eat prior to your appointment.

You will not be able to eat or drink anything but water for at least 2 hours after your whitening.

DaVinci Post-Whitening Instructions:

• Drinking water for the next 2 hours will decrease possible sensitivity. Avoid any other food or beverages for the next 2 hours.
• Do not smoke or chew tobacco for at least 2 hours.
• Avoid any dark colored food or beverages for at least 24 hours. NO: coffee, tea, soda, cool-aid, red wine, tomato sauce, red meat, dark colored vegetables, or anything with heavy color for at least 24-hours.
• YES: water, white wine, white chicken, pork, turkey, noodles, white cause, white cheese, potatoes, etc. after 2 hours.
• Next 48 hours: brush very gently with a white toothpaste, DO NOT BRUSH GUMS, avoid using a whitening or baking soda toothpaste.
• Any sensitivity is typically gone within 24-hours. You may choose to purchase the DaVinci desensitizing gel or consider and OTC pain reliever.
• Use your home maintenance kit and/or whitening pen to help maintain your smile.
